Shipping Policy

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 1-3 business days, not including weekends. We strive to ship regular orders as fast as possible.

How do preorders work?

If you preordered an item please understand that preorders are all custom made orders & have a process time of 1-3 weeks before getting shipped. Due to COVID-19, the process time may vary 1-3.5 weeks instead of our original 1 week (WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED).

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Phulish), you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you, with the shipping courier of your choice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We suggest selecting DHL worldwide shipping at checkout for the best, fastest shipping experience. Import fees must be covered by customer.
